Parkour and Flips

Parkour is the discipline of moving from one obstacle to another as safely, quickly and efficiently as possible. The obstacles are typically rails, ramps, stairs and boxes. It is a great precursor to Ninja. Many of the athletes who compete on American Ninja Warrior have a Parkour background and/or incorporate Parkour in their Ninja training.
Parkour Classes are Monday-Thursday.
Space is limited. Memberships and drop ins are available.
