OCR TRAINING PREP

  • Our OCR Prep class is here to help you prepare for your next mud run, or to just challenge you outside of your normal fitness routine! Developed for anyone from a beginner to an advanced athlete, we incorporate traditional strength and conditioning, cardio, and of course - obstacles, to allow you to progressively build the necessary strength and skills to overcome any obstacles you may face!

    This class is a community - we train together; we race together. Don’t ever expect to finish a race alone, no matter your skill level!
